He was predeceased by: his grandson Isaac Doucet; his parents, William Doucet and Imelda Doucet (Roy); and his siblings, Gerard, Agnes, Geraldine, Ernie, Doris, Pauline, Stella and Alvin.
He is survived by: his wife Flora Hoeg; his children, Paula (Jim Throop), Karl and Bill (Kimberly McCarthy); and his grandchildren, Gillian, Jacob, Alex and Luke. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
Donations may be made in his memory to the LA Animal Shelter or the Cumberland Hospice and Palliative Care Society.
