Bonnie Godfrey Obituary
We are sad to announce that on December 26, 2024, at the age of 73, Bonnie Godfrey of Amherst, Nova Scotia passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Garfield Layton and Charlotte Godfrey (Hollingsworth); her siblings, Audrey Godfrey and Kenneth Godfrey; her niece Crystal Patriquin; her daughter Charlotte Fahey; her siblings-in-law, Donna Godfrey and John Mosley; and her nephews, Sean Nicholas and Shawn Godfrey.
She is survived by: her sons, Tim Fahey (Rachel) and Garrett Fahey (Ashley); her grandchildren, Rebecca Gould (Tyler), Zachery Fahey (Shaira), Chase Fahey, Charlotte Fahey, Lyla Dorey and Donnie Dorey; her great grandchild Azarius Fahey; her siblings, Ruth Mosley, David (Minnie), Donnie, Ernest (Lynn), Robert, Layton (Dulcie) and George (Marina); and her sister-in-law Donalda.
A celebration of life was held on Saturday, January 4th 2025 from 4:00 PM to 6:00 PM at the Campbell's Funeral Home (98 Church St, Amherst, NS B4H3B4).
In lieu of floral tributes, memorial contributions in Bonnie's memory may be made to the Salvation Army, Kidney Foundation of Nova Scotia Chapter or a charity of your choice.
