With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Betty Lou Hyatt of Amherst, Nova Scotia, born in Springhill, Nova Scotia, who passed away on October 2, 2020. Leave a sympathy message to the family on the memorial page of Betty Lou Hyatt to pay them a last tribute.

She was predeceased by: her parents, Harry Terris and Tressa Terris (Harrison); her grandson Jordan; and her siblings, Laura, Lois, Glenda, Don and Arnold.

She is survived by: her husband David Hyatt of Amherst; her children, Ann Marie Field (Brian) of Port Howe, NS and David (Rhonda); her grandchildren, Grace (Brett), Beth, Sarah, Kennedy and Brody; her great grandchildren, Nigel, Olivia, Joel, Julia and Avah; and her brother-in-law Bryne 'Spic' MacIntyre (Barb). She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
