She was predeceased by: her parent Hibbert Chapman; her husband Albert; her daughter Grace; her granddaughter Bertie Ann; her great grandchild Christopher; and her siblings, Phyllis Ward, Hedley, Ronald and Roderick.

She is survived by: her parent Gladys Chapman (Turner); her children, Helen (John), Gladys Ellis (John), Joyce O'Blenis (Bob) and Albert (Carlene); her granddaughter Bethany; and her siblings, Oressa Sterling, Doris Sterling, Shirley Hoare, Dianne Allen (Winston), Harris Chapman and Lester Chapman. She is also survived by several grandchildren; great grandchildren and great great grandchildren.
