She was predeceased by: her parents, Ross Betts and Jessie Betts (Cormier); her husband Shirley; and her siblings, Diane Roy, Bob, Eddie, Richard, Alfred, Lloyd and Donald.
She is survived by: her children, Holly Faulkner (Robert) of Amherst, Michael (Annie) of Amherst, Alan (Valerie), Ken (Paulette) of Margaree River, NS, Terry (Kim) of Morewood, ON and Peter (Tammy) of Truro; her grandchildren, Aaron, Crystal, Evan, Alexander, Corey, Cynde, Rory, Justyce, Kelly, Josh and Alycia; her great grandchildren, Joshua, Daniel, Katie, Joey, Kalli, Damien, Rennick, Cedric, Carter, Grayson, Reese, Ariel, Elias, Teddy and Charlie; and her siblings, Larry Betts (Pat) of Calgary, AB, Eva O'Bryne of Amherst, Gloria LeBlanc of Amherst and Delores O'Bryne of Burlington, ON. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
Due to COVID-19 provincial guidelines, everyone 12 and over will be required to show proof of double vaccination as well as government ID.
In lieu of floral tributes, memorial contributions can be made in Bernice's memory to the Arthritis Society or a charity of your choice.
