Bernard George Smyth Obituary

It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Bernard George Smyth (Amherst, Nova Scotia), born in Halifax, Nova Scotia, who passed away on December 3, 2018, at the age of 76, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his parent Francis Valentine. He is survived by: his parent Ethel Smyth (Jones); his wife Rita (Landry); his daughter Jeni Piepgrass (Magni) of Calgary, AB; his grandsons, Marshall Piepgrass and Bjorn Magnason; and his brother Stephen Smyth of Nova Scotia. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews and extended family.

In lieu of floral tributes, donation can be made to the Canadian Red Cross.
