With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Barry J. Burke (Amherst, Nova Scotia), who passed away on March 10, 2018 at the age of 68. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by:, Philip Burke, Billy Kirby and Renee McPhee. He is survived by: his parents, Elmo Burke and Margaret Burke (Bugley); his wife Margaret; his sons, Tim Burke (Patti) of Hastings, NS, Bernie Burke (Allison) of Amherst, NS and Christina Burke (Brian McHugh) of Fredericton; his sister Robin Fage (Steve) of Hastings, NS; his grandchildren, Brandon, Brody and Makayla; his nieces and nephews, Stephanie Small, Jennifer Scollard, Elliot Fage and Jim Trenholm; his friends, Fred Steeves, Joe Harvey, Ken Eagle, Irvin Brewer, Jim Giffin, Jimmy Long and Ducks Unlimited; and also, Lorna, Reg Chapman, Vicky and Alan Hardy.

Should friends desire, memorial donations may be made to the Heart & Stroke Foundation, or the L.A. Animal Shelter.
