It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Austen Rose (Amherst, Nova Scotia), who passed away on May 1, 2020, at the age of 100, leaving to mourn family and friends. Leave a sympathy message to the family in the guestbook on this memorial page of Austen Rose to show support.

He was predeceased by: his parents, Charles Austen Rose Sr. and Annie Elizabeth Rose (McCullough); his wife Shirley Elaine Rose (Pugsley); and his siblings, Thelma, Clara and Carman.

He is survived by: his daughters, Carol Ann Rose of Tidnish Bridge and Sharon Rose (Dave Mason) of Newcastle; and his grandchildren, Thomas and Severn Mason-Rose. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
