Arlene Ruby Alice Mathiesen Obituary

It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Arlene Ruby Alice Mathiesen of Amherst, Nova Scotia, born in Vancouver, British Columbia, who passed away on June 4, 2022, at the age of 85, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, Hazel Rice and Butler; her sons, Ralph (Christine) and Philip (Catherine); her grandchildren, Adam, David (Jen), Andrew (Heather), Michelle, Justin, Gracie and Joey; her great grandchildren, Kaleigh, Jason, Avery and Michael; her brother Wilf (Pat); her husband David Mathiesen; her son Michael; and her brother Jim. She was also cherished by many nieces and nephews.

Donations may be made in Arlene's memory to the Cancer Society or to the Cumberland Cancer Assistance Fund.
