She is survived by: her wife Sammie Cook; her sons, Christopher Clarkson (Amy), Matthew Rosin (Jessica) and Adam Clarkson (Jennine Wong); her former husband Peter Clarkson; her father Fred Cook; and her siblings, Heather Maxwell (Bruce), Joy McKay (Mike), Sam Cook (Ellen), Fred Cook (Pam), John Cook (Amy) and Tammie Hayden (Chris). She is also survived by other extended family and friends.

Donations in Ann's memory may be made to the L.A. Animal Shelter, or the Canadian Cancer Society.
