It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Alice Muriel Harrison of Amherst, Nova Scotia, born in Springhill, Nova Scotia, who passed away on December 23, 2020, at the age of 90, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Wilfred Blenkhorn and Patience Blenkhorn (Letcher) of South Athol; her husband Laurence; and her brother George Blenkhorn (Betty) of Southampton, NS.. She is survived by: her sisters, Audrey Boss (Ormond), Kay Manderville (Eugene), Belleville and Barb Gilbert (Ed); and her stepdaughter Vicki Harrison. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
Due to the current COVID-19 restrictions, the funeral service and burial will take place at a later date.
In lieu of floral tributes, memorial contributions can be made in Alice's memory to the Bridge Adult Service Centre or the Cumberland Hospice Society.
