Alexandra Murley Obituary

With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Alexandra Murley of Amherst, Nova Scotia, born in North Sydney, Nova Scotia, whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on August 31, 2024 at the age of 81. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her parents, Henry Tait and Kathrine "Belle" Tait (Mullins); and her brothers-in-law, Donald Gillan and Melvin Scott. She is survived by: her husband Warren; her children, Suzanne Horne, Steven Murley (Holly) and Janice Thompson (Mike Sicheri); her granddaughters, Jillian (David Bowman), Julie (Marco Schnellsrieder) and Alyssa; her sisters, Lillian Gillan, Coreen Schempf (John) and Ruth Rocchetti (Frank); and her sister-in-law Linda Scott. She is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews.
