He was predeceased by: his parents, Wesley Eddy and Alice Eddy; and his brothers, Lloyd Sparkes and Clarence Eddy. He is survived by: his nephews, Ricky, Jeffrey and Cyril Smith; his sister Lorraine Smith (Fred); his nephews, Rod North, Scott Eddy (Sherry), Martin Eddy (Karen), Trevor Smith and Donnie Sparkes (Heather); his niece Melanie Froude (Greg); his sisters-in-law, Millie Sparkes and Catherine Eddy; his niece-in-law Gail Smith; and also Jayla.
