He was predeceased by: his parents, Olive Ceaser and Gordon Ceaser; his parents-in-law, Frances and Clyde Brown; his siblings, Emily (James) and Don (Alice); his siblings-in-law, Sarah, Clayton and Pat; and his pet Timmy.
He is survived by: his wife Jean Ceaser; his children, Karen Ceaser (Steve Brammer) of Fort Nelson, BC and Dwayne Ceaser (Sherri) of Calgary, AB; his grandchildren, Lakeisha, Kalyssa, Chante, Broden, Chase, Kade and Kolten; his great grandchildren, Kendrick and Aria; his siblings, Shirley, Blanche, Mary (Wallie), George and Calvin (Linda); his siblings-in-law, Elaine (Jeff), Randy and Gary (Debbie); and his caregiver Dr. Fitzpatrick.
Visitation was held on Tuesday, November 19th 2024 from 2:00 PM to 4:00 PM, from 7:00 PM to 9:00 PM, on Wednesday, November 20th 2024 from 2:00 PM to 4:00 PM and from 7:00 PM to 9:00 PM at the Wiseman's Funeral Homes - Burin (193 Main St, Burin, NL AOE 1E0 AOE1E0). A funeral service will be held on Thursday, November 21st 2024 at 11:00 AM at the same location. A burial will be held on Thursday, November 21st 2024 at the Bethany United Church Cemetery.
In lieu of flowers, in Bill's memory, donations may be made to Bethany United Church Cemetery Fund.
