She was predeceased by: her husband Douglas Hewitt; her son Thomas; her parents, Ernest Jacobs and Florence Jacobs; her siblings, Raymond, Eric, Norman and Marjorie; and her siblings-in-law, Shirley and Ted.
She is survived by: her daughters, Peggy Randell (Ken), Pansy Gale (Bruce) and Sheila Throne (Richard); her grandchildren, Andrea, Jennifer, Douglas (Sarah), Jeffery (Alexis), Scott (Laura) and Alexa (Paddy); her great grandchildren, Alycia, Allison, Ryan, Kristan, Henrey, Quinn, Mackenzie, Ethan, Hunter, Callie and Dexter; and her siblings, Dulcie, Allan (Elizabeth) and Hilda. She is also survived by extended family and friends.
Visitation will take place at St. Peter's Anglican Church, Westport, NL on Wednesday, October 6th, 2021 from 7:00-9:00PM, following specific guidelines pertaining to the global pandemic and associated restrictions.
