He was predeceased by: his father Phillip Fahey. He is survived by: his daughter Madison; his mother Margaret; his siblings, Paul (Elizabeth), Sandra Butt (Kenneth) and Christine Cole (Bruce); his nieces and nephews, Chantelle (Ryan), Kenzie (Ryan), Shalene (Matt), Hannah (Ryan), Sheldon (Sammy), Kenny, Jarrid (Kerri) and Lucas (Sara); and his great-nieces and great-nephews, Gavin, Gracie, Natalie and Nathan.
In lieu of flowers, as an expression of sympathy, donations in his memory may be made to a charity of one's choice.
