He was predeceased by: his parents, Maurice Oliver and Mary Oliver; his brothers, John and Jimmy; his uncle Patrick Oliver; and his aunt Ellen Oliver.
He is survived by: his wife Rose; his daughter Lori; his siblings, Raymond Williams, Jim Williams, Betty Penney, Ann Carrigan (Pat), Joan Williams (Clayton), Jean Walsh (David) and Rosemary Chafe (Jerome); and his nephew Perry Power.
