It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Dorothy Wicks (Western Bay, Newfoundland), who passed away on October 18, 2023, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her husband Hayward; and her parents, Charles Blundon and Clarenda Blundon. She is survived by: her children, Judy Soper (Bruce) and Gary (Margaret); her grandchildren, Amanda and Joel (Stacey); her great grandchild Jake; and her sisters, Sarah Oliver (late Ellis) and Ada Beryl Robbins (late John). She is also survived by nieces, nephews, other relatives, and friends.
In lieu of flowers, as an expression of sympathy, donations in her memory may be made to the Baccalieu Trail S.P.C.A., P.O. Box 273, Carbonear, NL, A1Y 1B7.
