He was predeceased by: his parents, James Parsons and Alma Parsons; his parents-in-law, William and Eliza Newman; his son-in-law Gordon Snow; his sister Betty Drover (Tom); and his brothers-in-law, Norm Gregory and Nath Drover Due.
He is survived by: his wife Margaret J. Parsons; his children, Yvonne Bishop (Wayne), Junior Parsons (Peggy), Donna Snow, Karen Meaney (Dave), Christine Drover (Jeff) and Craig Parsons (Colleen); his grandchildren, Nathan Parsons (Amy), Ryan Bishop (Megan), Andy Bishop (Lesley), Tyler Drover (Chelsea), Brandon Snow, Tyson Drover (Jasmine), Cody Meaney (Maunda), Blake Snow (Alicia), Colin Parsons (Caitlyn), Travis Meaney Tiffany, Trent Drover and Corey Parsons (Sarah); his great grandchildren, Rachel and Jordan Parsons; and his siblings, Susie Gregory, Greta Drover, Bob Parsons (Mary), Randolph Parsons (Corrine), Marina Mercer (George), Jessie Bartlett (Leonard) and Paul Parsons (Pauline).
In lieu of flowers, as expressions of sympathy, donations may be made in his loving memory to St. Peter's Anglican Church Restoration Fund and the Rainbow Riders.
