He was predeceased by: his grandson Max Antle; his parents, Beatrice Sharpe and John Sharpe; his siblings, Lloyd, Ralph and Olive; and his parents-in-law, Winifred and Ken Drover.
He is survived by: his wife Marjorie Sharpe; his children, Calvin Sharpe (Linda), Raymond Sharpe (Donna), Clifford Sharpe (Lisa), Philip Sharpe (Laurie) and Karen Vokey (Chris); his grandchildren, Colleen (Terry), Christopher (Stacey), Craig, Stephen (Michelle), Jessica (Justin), Kenny (Patrick), Sasha (Josh), Courtney (Jonathon) and Holly; his great grandchildren, Brayden, Alley, Madison, Isaac, Max, Troy, Kate, Taylor, Carter, Grace and Grayson; his siblings, William and Evelyn; and his siblings-in-law, Vera, Mary and Ray.
