She was predeceased by: her parents, Frank King and Daisy King; her husband Hector Dorey; her brothers, Clarence and Erastus King; and her parents-in-law, William John and Martha Dorey.

She is survived by: her sons, Sheldon (Valerie), Shawn (Patsy) and Darren (Lori); her grandchildren, Shawna, Shanda, Shane, Nicholas (Brittanie Rose), Keith (Brianne), Colter, Lily, Jordon, Kynan, Kameran, Amarah, Lynsey, Joey and Missy; her sister Maisie Rideout; her sister-in-law Mavis King; and her friend Leona Hanlon. She is also survived by nieces and nephews other relatives and friends.

Donations may be made in her memory to the Janeway Foundation.
