Vera Mae Baggs Obituary

It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Vera Mae Baggs (Twillingate, Newfoundland), who passed away on September 17, 2018, at the age of 86, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her parents, Augustus Bridger and Pheobe Bridger; her husband Carl; and her siblings, Annie-Belle, Gordon (Dorothy) and Chesley.

She is survived by: her children, Donald (Ann), Margaret (Fred), Brian (Sharon), Jim and Roseanne (Eugene); her grandchildren, Elvis (Tina), Mark (Krista), Matthew, Brent (Jessica), Josh, Alex and Kaitlyn; her great grandchildren, Brendan, Olivia, Nicholas, Hope, Gracie, Soleil and Darcy; her siblings, Wilson, Ned, Nina (Hardy), Lorretta, Hilda, Pansy, Bernice (Royburn) and Selby; her sister-in-law Heather; and her friends, Oakley, Diesel, Bauer and Tumbler. She is also survived by nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.

Donations may be made in Mae's memory to the palliative care unit of Notre Dame Bay Memorial Health Center.
