He was predeceased by: his wife Olive; his parents, Alex Mills and Bethiah Mills; and his sister Annie Holmes. He is survived by: his son Derrick (Judy); his granddaughters, Samantha (Desmond), Emma and Crystal (Jack); his great grandchildren, Paisley, Jada, Jae and Jaxon; and his siblings, Wilson Mills (Beatrice) and Elsie Andre (Alphonsus). He is also survived by nieces, nephews, other relatives, and friends.
Donations in Ralph's memory may be given to the United Church Cemetery Fund, Cobb's Arm.
