He was predeceased by: his parents, Albert Leyte and Lucy Leyte; his siblings, Clayton Leyte and Daphne Penny; his mother-in-law Betty Gidge; and his brothers-in-law, Clarence Clarke and Gordon Penny.
He is survived by: his wife Louise; his brother-in-law Robert; his children, Gloria Loveless (Danny) and Jamie Leyte (Doreen); his stepchildren, Robert (Christina) and Julie (Mike); his stepgrandchildren, Jarvis, Landen, Grayson and Avery; and his siblings, Ida (Ray), Joyce (Robert), Ruby, George (Dulcie) and Gary (Mable). He is also survived by nieces, nephews, and friends.
