She was predeceased by: her parents, George Gillard and Minnie Gillard; her husband Clayton; her daughter Barbara Ann; and her siblings, Bill, John, Lucy and Pheobe.

She is survived by: her children, Wavey (Chris), Terry (Jacqueline), Peggy (Steven) and Christopher (Vanessa); her son-in-law Ross; her grandchildren, Perry, Joanne, Joseph, Evan, Bradley, Lori-Ann, Sherri-Lynn, Joelle and Rachel; her great grandchildren, Jacks, Nicholas, Gavin, Ciara, Theron, Rylie, Kailyn, Dillon, Hunter, Juliett, Briella, Rosa and Remi; and her brother Claude. She is also survived by nieces, nephews, other relatives, and friends.

Donations in Jessie's memory may be given to the Central United Church Cemetery Fund, Twillingate.
