He was predeceased by: his parents, Harry Bulgin and Sophie Bulgin; his brothers, Allan Bulgin and Bert Bulgin; his parents-in-law, Bert and Olive Mutford; and his siblings-in-law, James White and Loretta Bulgin.
He is survived by: his wife Jean Mutford; his children, Cathy (Wayne Anstey), Colleen (Roger Gillard) and Coralee (Tony Blake); his grandchildren, Scott (Christine), Zach (Jennifer), Tyler, Caitlin (Taylor), Hayley (Andrew) and Abi; his great grandchild Lydia; his siblings, Louise White, Joyce Anstey (Lloyd), Eric Bulgin (Ada), Shirley Piercy (Freeman) and Christine Roberts (Wilfred); and his siblings-in-law, Pansy Bulgin, Margaret Dove (Mark), Norma Roberts (Herbert), Lloyd Mutford (Elizabeth), John Mutford (Yvonne), Ruth Waterman (Eric), George Mutford (Karen) and Linda Young (Arthur). He is also survived by many nieces and nephews and a large circle of other relatives and other friends.
