He was predeceased by: his parents, Pearce Wheeler and Martha Wheeler; and his siblings, Lloyd, Harold (Joan), Frank and Frances.
He is survived by: his sister-in-law Evelyn Wheeler; his friend Faye Brake; his nieces, Debbie and Beverly (Aaron); his nephew Jim (Katherine); his great-niece Sarah; his great-nephews, Ean and Adam; and his close friend Adelaide Hodder.
