Yvonne Cheater Obituary

With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Yvonne Cheater of Trepassey, Newfoundland, who passed away on June 27, 2022 at the age of 71. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her parents, Jerry Tobin and Magdalen Tobin; her parents-in-law, Jim and Dorthey Cheater; and her brothers-in-law, Roy, Dennis and John Cheater.

She is survived by: her daughter Tina (Rick); her friends, Brenda, Brendan Molloy, Ray and Anne Whiffen; her husband Colin; her grandchildren, Mackenzie (Amanda), Ireland and Regan; her great grandchild Skylar Hynes; her son Kris Power (Kendra); her granddaughter Ava; her stepchildren, Jeff Cheater (Lynn) and Jennifer Harris (Darrell); her stepgrandchildren, Brooklyn, Daniel and Morgan; her stepson Alex; her siblings, Geraldine Picco (late Bernard), Linda Hayward (late Gerald), Sharon Tobin, Ray Tobin (Doreen), Rhoda Tobin (Ken), Valerie Wilson (late Nick), Barry Tobin (Cheryl), Paula Tobin, Jerry Tobin (Arlene), Goldie Perry (Simon), Connie Tobin (Andre) and Don Power; her sisters-in-law, Mary-Jane Cheater and Karen Cheater; her friend Carol Anne Devereaux; and also Norman Cheater (Glenda). She is also survived by nieces, nephews, great nieces and nephews.
