She was predeceased by: her husband Lou; her parents, Victor Mullett and Beatrice Mullett; her parents-in-law, Heber and Susie Porter; her siblings, Billy, Elizabeth, Paul (Bett), Victor (Mary), Madonna Halliday (Bill) and Pete (Dot); her brothers-in-law, John Porter (Helen) and Graham Porter (Mildred); and her niece Tammy Mullett.
She is survived by: her niece Michelle Keating; her close friend Noreen; her children, Colleen Conway (Brian) and Edward Porter (Elizabeth); her grandchildren, Marshall Conway (Alexandria) and Kristen Porter (Sean); her great grandchildren, Penny Rose and Charlotte Jane Conway; her sisters, Doreen Penton (Leonard) and Mary Green (Cecil); her sister-in-law Violet Simpson-Hill (Art); her stepgrandchildren, Matthew, Taylor and Abby Cecchi; her nephew Victor Mullett; and also Dorothy Downer. She is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews and great nieces and nephews.
Visitation was held on Thursday, September 26th 2024 from 2:00 PM to 4:00 PM and from 7:00 PM to 9:00 PM at the Caul's Funeral Home (84 Lemarchant Rd, St. John's, NL A1C2G8). A funeral service was held on Friday, September 27th 2024 at 11:00 AM at the Caul's Chapel (84 Lemarchant Rd, St. John's, NL A1C2G8). A burial was held on Friday, September 27th 2024 at the Salvation Army Cemetery (84-88 Blackmarsh Rd, St. John's, NL A1E1S8).
