We are sad to announce that on August 11, 2024, at the age of 76, Roberta Kennedy-Gillespie (Torbay, Newfoundland) passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Rose Moore and Francis Kennedy; her brothers, Michael, Thomas and Francis; her sister-in-law Lorraine Martin Kennedy; and her friend Dianne Hawco.
She is survived by: her sibling Bobbie; her friend Marilyn; her children, Jennifer, Mark (Emma) and Ian; her grandchildren, Zelda, Avie and Maeve; her sisters, Alice Clare Abbott (John), Rosemary Fahey (late Ed), Betty Lou Kennedy (Patrick), Marilyn Kennedy and Cathy O'Keefe (Bill); and her sisters-in-law, Tess Kennedy (Healy), Mary Donovan and Teresita Kennedy. She is also survived by nieces, nephews, cousins.
As expressions of sympathy, donations in Bobbie's memory may be made to the St. Vincent de Paul Society - St. Teresa's Parish (120 Mundy Pond Road St. John's, NL A1E 1V1).
