With profound sadness, we say goodbye to Patricia Hannah (Murphy) Jackman (Torbay, Newfoundland), whose vibrant spirit touched the lives of many. Patricia Hannah left this world on December 15, 2024 at the age of 90, leaving a void in the lives of so many people. She was predeceased by: her husband Thomas Jackman; her sons, Jerome and Bobby; her parents, Michael Murphy and Mary Murphy; and her siblings, Bridget (Jack), Ann (Cyril), Mazie (Bob), Theresa, Margaret, Martin (Lill) and John (Theresa).
She is survived by: her children, Carley (Dan), Kenny (Karen) and Rodney (Tammy); her brother Harry (Rita); her niece Marie Kennedy; her caregiver Rose Gravelle (Turpin); her siblings-in-law, David Jackman, Mary Jo Jackman and Phyllis Jackman (Rosemary); her grandchildren, Neil (Catherine), Deann (late Justin), Greg, Dylan (Adam), Katie (Chris) and Megan (Mike); and her great grandchildren, Jed, Reia, Travis, Augustus, Persephone and Brixton.
Visitation was held on Wednesday, December 18th 2024 from 2:00 PM to 4:00 PM and from 7:00 PM to 9:00 PM. A funeral service was held on Thursday, December 19th 2024 at 10:00 AM at the Caul's Chapel, LeMarchant Road.
