He is survived by: his girlfriend Janine Colbert; his siblings, Kevin O'Toole (Trish), Derm O'Toole (Alice), Mary Collins (Eric), Elizabeth Camplin (Phil), Shirley O'Toole (Tim), Yvonne Benson (Craig) and Fabian O'Toole (Amanda); his parents-in-law, Maurice and Patricia Colbert; his siblings-in-law, Andrea Colbert (Paul Ivey), Carolyn Colbert and John Colbert; and his friend David Churchill. He is also survived by nephews, nieces, and a vast circle of friends.
