He was predeceased by: his parents, Ronald and Maria; his brother Michael Ryan; his wife Helen Ryan; his daughters, Catherine Ryan and Gina Ryan (Patrick); and his granddaughter Mintra Lanna Ryan.
He is survived by: his siblings, Terri (Clary), Kevin (Gail) and Gordon (Mabel).
Visitation was held on Friday, April 4th 2025 from 2:00 PM to 5:00 PM and from 7:00 PM to 9:00 PM. A funeral Mass was held on Saturday, April 5th 2025 at 9:30 AM at the St. Teresa's Church (120 Mundy Pond Rd, St. John's, NL A1E1V1).
