With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Catherine Sweetapple (Torbay, Newfoundland), whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on January 28, 2025 at the age of 91. Leave a sympathy message to the family on the memorial page of Catherine Sweetapple to pay them a last tribute.
She was predeceased by: her husband Raymond; her brother William; and her sister-in-law Florence. She is survived by: her son Paul; her daughter-in-law Francina; her grandchildren, Dean (Veronica), Jason (Brittany) and Jeremy (Allie); her great grandchildren, Sean and Lilah; her niece Mary (Al); and her nephews, George (Doreen) and Roddy (Laura).
Visitation will be held on Friday, January 31st 2025 from 11:00 AM to 9:00 PM at the Caul's Funeral Home (1118 Torbay Rd, Torbay, NL A1K 1A4). A funeral Mass will be held on Saturday, February 1st 2025 at 11:00 AM at the Basilica of St. John the Baptist (200 Military Rd, St. John's, NL A1C2E8).
