Brian Joseph Gibbons Obituary
With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Brian Joseph Gibbons (Torbay, Newfoundland), who passed away on January 14, 2025 at the age of 77. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his wife Beverley (Tucker); his parents, Evelyn Gibbons (Connors) and Timothy Gibbons; his parents-in-law, Flora (Davis) and Alfred Tucker; his siblings-in-law, Wayne Short, Dave Tucker, Dave Moore and Edith Tucker; and his nephew Thomas Gibbons (Tom).
He is survived by: his daughters, Christina Angelopoulos (John) and Jennifer Kennedy (Craig); his granddaughters, Sophie, Lauren and Molly; his siblings, Sandy Gibbons (Angie), Gerard Gibbons (Nancy), Sheila Power (Bob) and Timmie Short; and his siblings-in-law, Jacquelin Moore, Julie Tucker and Wayne Tucker. He is also survived by cousins, nieces, nephews, neighbors, and friends.
Visitation was held on Friday, January 17th 2025 from 2:00 PM to 9:00 PM at the Caul's Funeral Home (84 Lemarchant Rd, St. John's, NL A1C2G8). A celebration of life was held on Saturday, January 18th 2025 at 9:30 AM at the Caul's Chapel, LeMarchant Road.
