He is survived by: his wife Ruth (King); his children, Craig (Cathy), Andrew (Jane) and Lesley Ann (Eric Furlan); his grandchildren, Catherine, Nathan (Ashley), Claire (Skylar), Ben (Lilly), Molly Jane, Katie and Caroline; his siblings, Dianne (Charlie Daly), Andrea (late Raymond Manning) and Roger; his brother-in-law Dr. David King (Renda); his close friends, Charlie, Darlene Reid, Ruth and Peter; and his caregiver Pam Hunt.
