She was predeceased by: her husband James Hickey; her children, Jimmy (Andrea), Jenny (Mike), Annie (Keith), Mary (Shawn), Pat, Catherine (Brad), Peter, Billy (Janna), Alice (Derek), Johnny, Michael, Stephen (Tina) and Rodney (Niki); her parents, Patrick Dyer and Jane Dyer; her parents-in-law, James and Annie Hickey; her siblings, Mary Lynch, Bridie Power (Kevin), Paddy Dyer (Bernice), Michael Dyer (Rosella), Johnny Dyer and Anne Kendall (Fred); and her siblings-in-law, Patrick Devereaux, Ray Bonia, Peter Hickey, Pat Hickey (Betty), Elizabeth Cahill (Martin), Mary Power (John), Margaret Rose (Jack), Nell Houston (Will), Perpetua Tobin (Max), Alice Croke (William), Catherine Hickey, Maria Hickey and James Cadigan (Nora).
She is survived by: her siblings, Nell Devereaux, Agnes Dyer, Madonna Bonia and Bill Dyer (Ruth); her sisters-in-law, Linda Dyer and Kay Hickey; her nephews, John Lynch and Gerard Tobin (Ivy); her grandchildren, Corinna (Donnie), Deena (Jason), Jamie (Jackie), Pamela, Terry (Alison), Charlene (Steve), Tonya (Jason), Krista (Gary), Natasha (Jason), Stephanie, Ryan (Alison), Anna (Colin), Dalton, Brandon (Robyn), Cassidy (James), Dylan, Jacob and Zachary; her great grandchildren, Evelyn, Maria, Emily, Michael, Reagan, Jayden, Jamie-Leah, Bradley, Ethan, Carter, Mason, Samantha, Heidi, Eric, Petra, Harrison, Isabelle, Logan, Londyn, Ada and Ronan; and her great great grandchild Lilah. She is also survived by niece's, nephew's relatives and friends.
Visitation was held on Friday, January 24th 2025 from 1:00 PM to 9:00 PM at the Caul's Funeral Home (1118 Torbay Rd, Torbay, NL A1K 1A4). A funeral Mass was held on Saturday, January 25th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the St. Francis of Assisi Church (29 Outer Cove Rd, Logy Bay-Middle Cove-Outer Cove, NL A1K4E7). The inurnment was held on Saturday, January 25th 2025 at the St. Francis of Assisi Cemetery (29 Outer Cove Rd, Logy Bay-Middle Cove-Outer Cove, NL A1K4E7).
