He was predeceased by: his parents, Walter Millman and Margaret Millman (Hapgood). He is survived by: his wife Elaine (Westcott); his children, Jennifer O'Neill (Jim) and Scott; his siblings, Dorothy Peters (Ron), Debbie Woodland, Walter (Alice) and David (Patrice); and his aunt Ruby Greening.
