He was predeceased by: his parents, Reginald Rowsell and Frances Rowsell of St. John's; his sister Jane; and his nephew Michael Rowsell. He is survived by: his wife Lois; his children, Justin (Frank) and Emily (Curtis); his granddaughters, Emma, Abigail Rowsell and Amelia Jennings; and his brother Ken (Sylvia).
