She was predeceased by: her father Felix O'Toole; and her parents-in-law, William Smith and Elizabeth Smith. She is survived by: her husband Anthony (Tony); her mother Theresa O'Toole; her siblings, Brian (Patricia), Rosemary Tracey (Dave), Paul (Linda) and Terry (Pam); and her siblings-in-law, Randy (Andrea), Rick (Pam), Ken (Pauline), Shawn (Susan) and Sherry.
