He is survived by: his wife Bonnie; his daughters, Susan (Sam) and Heather (Stephen); his granddaughters, Hannah, Sophie, Emily and Sarah; his mother Rowena; his brothers, Bruce (Juanita) and Chris (Cherie); his parents-in-law, Herman Russell and Daphne Russell; and also Robert Lethbridge (Heather).
