She was predeceased by: her husband Augustine; her parents, Joseph Hynes and Theresa Hynes; and her brothers, Norman, George and Pius Hynes.

She is survived by: her children, Tim (Valerie) of Bauline Line and Clara Ryan (Stephen Grant) of Little Seldom; her grandchildren, Timothy, Samantha, Meghan and Carter; her siblings, Christina (Clarence), Theresa (Max), Mary (Peter), Joe (Melita) and Stan (Rhona); her sisters-in-law, Anne-Marie Hynes and Isabel Hynes; and her friends, Tony Ryan, Vera and Verna.

In Rebecca's memory donations may be made to the Heart and Stroke Foundation, at request of the family no flowers at this time.
