It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Gilbert Watkins (Summerford, Newfoundland), who passed away on March 20, 2022, at the age of 82, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Peter and Ruby; his brother Bruce; his son-in-law Bob; and his siblings-in-law, Eric, Otto and Dorothy.
He is survived by: his wife Goldie; his children, Suzanne, Kelly Weir (Earl) and Peter (Darcy Hiltz); his grandchildren, Sarah, Bradley and Jessica; and his siblings, Pansy (Bill Mehaney), Ron and Geraldine.
Donations in Gilbert's memory may be given to the United Church Cemetery Fund, Indian Cove, NL.
