He was predeceased by: his daughter Goldie; his brothers, Ernest, Winston and Baxter; and his parents, Fred Wheeler and Eva Wheeler.
He is survived by: his children, Margie (Graham), Eula (Ray), Vanessa (Jason), Glen (Shirley) and Chad (Candice); his siblings, Pearl, Gord (Bessie), Lucy (Harry), Louise, Joan (Kenny) and Garry (Debbie); and his wife Frances. He is also survived by 12 grandchildren, 22 great-grandchildren, 2 great-great-grandchildren.
Donations in Arthur's memory may be given to the Heart & Stroke Foundation.
