With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Trixie Evelyn Hines of Stephenville, Newfoundland, who passed away on July 14, 2023 at the age of 108. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her parents, Millage Messervey and Fanny Messervey; her husband Frank Hines; her son Stewart Hines; and her sister Ena.

She is survived by: her friends, Maude Kendall, Eve Cooper and Muriel Chislett; and her children, Kenneth (Cavell), Frank (Libby), Stanley, Beatrice (Carson) and Samuel (Debbie). She is also survived by twelve grandchildren, twenty great-grandchildren and one great great-grandchild.

Following her wishes, in lieu of flowers, donations can be made to St. Augustine's Anglican Church, 55 Hillview Avenue, Stephenville, NL A2N 1T3.
