He was predeceased by: his parents, Cecil Simon and Evelyn Simon; and his brother Garrett. He is survived by: his siblings, Cecil Simon Jr., Chester Simon (Leslie), Geneva Young (Clif), Delores Lemoine (Francis), Orena Simon and Beverley (Joe). He is also survived by his nieces, nephews and a large circle of relatives and friends.
