She is survived by: her husband Arthur Barter; her siblings, Brendan Ryan (Betty Hutchings), Imelda Casteel (Daniel), Michael Ryan and Debbie Dunphy (Jerry); her siblings-in-law, Marjorie Crewe (Walt), Eric Barter (Maisie), Wayne Barter (Frances), Edwin Barter and Mark Charlton; and her friend Mary Gallant.
No flowers by request. Rosemary would have preferred something more practical like making a donation to a charity of your choice or doing something nice for someone.
