Peter John MacIsaac Obituary

With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Peter John MacIsaac of Stephenville, Newfoundland, who passed away on April 17, 2025 at the age of 70. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his parents, Duncan and Angela. He is survived by: his wife Marlene Hynes; his children, Peter MacIsaac (Sophia) and Emily Yano (Travis); his stepchildren, Terri (Tim) and Michael (Heather); his grandchildren, Qynne, Rhys, Owen and Oscar; his siblings, Margie Samms, Sheila Crawley, Mary Rankin and Joe MacIsaac (Ann); his in-laws, Joe Carmanico, Margaret MacIsaac and Jackie MacIsaac; his siblings-in-law, Randy (Sandy), Mike, Alban (Loretta), Roger (Evelyn), Sandy (Pearl), Gary (Julia), Rhoda (Jim), Phyllis (Mike), Bernadette (Darren) and Johannah (Garry); and his friend Rob (Michelle). He is also survived by step grandchildren, nieces, nephews, extended family, hydro coworkers.

Visitation was held on Tuesday, April 22nd 2025 from 2:00 PM to 4:00 PM and from 7:00 PM to 9:00 PM at the Russells Funeral Home (57 Prince Rupert Dr, Stephenville, NL A2N2Z5). A funeral service was held on Wednesday, April 23rd 2025 at 1:00 PM at the St. Stephen's Parish (78 West St, Stephenville, NL A2N1E4).

As expressions of sympathy, no flowers by request, donations in Peter's memory may be made to a charity of one's choice.
