With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Mark Joseph Simon (Stephenville, Newfoundland), who passed away on April 22, 2025 at the age of 79. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, John James and Bertina Simon; his siblings, Calvin, Kevin, Austin Simon (Betty) and Carrie Barry; and his great-niece Morgan Simon.
He is survived by: his nephew Donovan Simon; his nieces, Tracy Simon and Shauna Simon; his close friend Barry Cornect; and his siblings, Raymond Simon (Leona), Herman Simon (Mariette), Cletus Simon (Donna), Jimmy Simon, Cindy Whalen (Jimmy), Linda Campbell (Rob), Judy MacDonald (Mickey) and Victoria Simon.
A funeral service will be held on Friday, April 25th 2025 at 2:00 PM at the Russell's Funeral Home Chapel (57 Prince Rupert Dr, Stephenville, NL A2N2Z5).
