She was predeceased by: her husband Charles; her parents, Gordon Parsons and Effie Parsons; her siblings, Faye, Carson, Helen and Jeanette; and her daughter-in-law Lesa.

She is survived by: her sons, Stephen (Gail), Pernell (Holly), Wayne (Barb), Jeffery (Henrietta) and Jamie; her grandchildren, Eric, Courtney, Wendy, Leah, Scott, Spencer, Taylor, Raleigh and Priscilla; her great grandchildren, Blake and Cole; and her brothers, Wayne (Helen), Don (Sandra) and Gary (Kay). She is also survived by nieces, nephews, extended family and friends.

In lieu of flowers donations in Goldie's memory may be made to St. Mary the Virgin Cemetery fund.
